Accessibility Statement

KOLBOS aims to make shopping and product information usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.

Current status

We have not yet completed a documented accessibility assessment of the complete website, so we do not claim full compliance with WCAG, EN 301 549 or any particular national accessibility standard. We are working through the site with these areas as priorities: keyboard access and focus, screen-reader names and structure, text contrast and zoom, mobile reflow, product-image alternatives, forms and errors, cart and checkout, payment interfaces, cookie controls and the AI assistant.

Getting assistance

If you encounter a barrier, email info@kolbos.com with the page address, a description of the task you could not complete and, if you wish, the browser or assistive technology involved. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis. Do not send payment-card details by email.

We will work with you to provide the relevant product information or help you complete the task through an appropriate accessible route. Please identify any time-sensitive order issue in your message.
